The smell of spring and new shoes
I just put on a new pair of Newton Distance shoes and boy do I love these shoes. I also love the smell of new shoes. The new shoe smell always gets me excited to go for run. It was great spring day here in Golden Co. The smell of spring and new shoes in the air. A great day to run! So I put a good 15 miles in on my new shoes running past Coors Brewery Another good smell the making of beer! Time to focus on Boston and have a beer!

Yes, this is my first attempt at a blog. As the old man of team Alchemy this computer stuff is pretty foreign to me. I still run by feel and rest when I feel tired. Today was finally warm teeshirt track weather. I was able to get on the track and do some 200′s in an effort to get my winter legs moving. Time to open up the system and start moving faster. It has been a hard winter to train for Boston. The snow has kept me off the track and the wind has moved me inside. I don’t mind the snow or rain but, wind drives me nuts.
